Changing Your Mind? No Problem!

We at Mizoya want you to adore your jewellery just as much as we do. We provide a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of the order. 

Think something's wrong? We've got you covered!

If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, don't accept it! Simply refuse it from the delivery person and shoot us an email at with your order ID. We'll quickly make arrangements for the free delivery of a brand-new replacement to you.

Didn't quite fall in love with your selection? Here's how to return it:

1. Head to your Mizoya account (create one if you're new!).

2. Locate the "Return" option and select the item or items you wish to return.

3. Unwind—we'll set up a pickup that starts at your door!

Important things to remember:

  • We can only arrange one pick-up per return request. If you miss it, you'll need to ship the item back yourself.
  • Returning part of an order? Your refund might be adjusted based on any discounts applied to the remaining items.

  • Unfortunately, returns can't be accepted after 15 days of receiving your order. In such cases, we can only offer store credit.

  • When returning your item, get a receipt (physical or digital) as proof in case of any mishaps during shipping.

Refunds take about 4-7 business days after we receive your return at our warehouse.

Please note:

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items with:

  •     Physical damage

  •     Customized designs

  •     Orders placed after 30 days of receiving the original shipment

  •     Made-to-order items

 Exchanging Your Treasure? We Can Do That Too!

Have your heart set on a different Mizoya piece? No worries! You can exchange your order within 30 days of receiving it. The process is similar to a return:

1. Log in to your account and choose the "Exchange" option.

2. Select the item you want to exchange.

3. We'll pick it up and deliver your new choice within 5-7 business days, right to your doorstep.


Exchange essentials to remember:

  • Customized items cannot be exchanged.
  • Want a more expensive item? We'll provide a coupon code for the difference to use on your next purchase. 

  • Choosing a less expensive piece? We'll send your new item and issue a store credit for the remaining amount.

  • Unfortunately, exchanged items cannot be returned or exchanged again.

  • No discounts apply to exchange orders.
